Every format, from the dashboard

The quick-start grid on your dashboard opens up. Expand it and you see the full set of formats, not just the handful that fit above the fold, and you can start any format your plan includes, straight from there.

Formats above your team's plan are shown with a lock, so you can see what exists before deciding whether it is worth upgrading for. Free teams see the Pro formats and know they are Pro.

Cues for formats that end in actions

Lean Coffee has guidance now. It tells the facilitator when the room looks ready to vote, and prompts for action capture while the discussion is still fresh rather than after everyone has moved on.

Any format with a discuss stage followed by actions can turn on the same action-capture cue. It is optional and off unless you want it, and it appears at the point in the session where writing something down actually happens.

Discussion knows what it is discussing

A format can declare which of its categories the discussion stage should focus on. Plus/Delta uses this: the discussion centres on the Delta column, with Plus kept alongside as context. The notes and the discussion UI carry through from the collect stage, so the room discusses what it just wrote.

The facilitator's editor stays in view while that happens, however many notes came out of the earlier stage.

Carry-over covers the wins too

The block that opens a retrospective with the previous session's unresolved actions now also shows what the team finished. Same place, same rules about when it appears, with the closed items alongside the open ones.

Joining

A guest who is handed a session link goes straight into the session. Direct invite links show a branded joining screen while that happens. And the logo in the sign-in header takes you back to the landing page.

Smaller things

• On a live-reveal collect stage, participants can see that their notes are already on the shared screen.
• Readiness counters in the collect sidebar count facilitator-authored stages.
• The session summary opens whether or not your browser allows site storage.
• Read-out turns and blind-input settings stay as you configured them.
